Intro to Sailing
Description
Always wanted to learn to sail? Here is your chance! This 15 hour course is designed for those with little or no sailing experience or as a refresher course for those who have not recently sailed. Using Capri 14s this course covers boating safety, knots, rigging and sail theory. On the water skills such as boat handling, docking, sail trim and capsize recovery will also be taught. Upon successful completion, you will be able to join the FAC Sail Club and rent sailboats right here at the Forebay Aquatic Center for an amazing low price. Start Sailing Right text book included. Swim test required.
